How do I place an order?This website is for browsing our available items only, so payment must be sent through online transactions such as venmo, paypal, or zelle or through cash after filling out the form below the cart. After the form is filled out, we will contact you back with your preferred contact method and complete your transaction with either the contact or no contact delivery method that you choose.

What is your shipping policy and how does it work?All of our products are delivered by ourselves and will be delivered in the span of a week after purchase. There are two ways that we can get your products to you: Contact Delivery or No Contact Delivery Contact delivery means scheduling a time and place to meet and receive your products. All payments will be made at the time of meeting. For this method, please specify the best way to contact you and we will bring the products to you at a scheduled time in order to receive payments in exchange for the products. No Contact Delivery means that the payments are made beforehand through online transactions such as Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle first after the purchase and then we will deliver the products to your address as soon as possible after the money has been received without necessarily meeting each other in person.

Do you ship internationally?Sadly, no. We are based in Wellesley, MA, United States and cannot ship out of the country or state just yet :) All orders are sent in person without any courier help to ensure quality of our products! Delivery areas include Wellesley and surrounding towns

How are the packages made in order to ensure safety during the COVID-19 pandemic?All organizers putting the package togeher promise to always be wearing a mask and apply hand sanitizer before and during the process of packaging our orders. All items will be wiped using disinfecting wipes before being put into the bags for delivery. A video on this has been included in our store policy page as well.

What is your return policy?If the seal of the product comes broken or damaged, please contact us and we will provide a refund for the corresponding product, or deliver a replacement. We do not provide refunds for items that have already been eaten or opened.
